The church of Santa Maria delle Grazie was built in the XV century and it is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It is well known as it shows the most important achievements of two protagonists of Renaissance age: Leonardo da Vinci and Donato Bramante. They both were at the service of the duke of Milan, Ludovico il Moro. Here we will see the masterpieces that strongly influenced the history of art and architecture: the Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, which decorates the refectory of the Dominican friars and the tribune of the church which was projected by Donato Bramante, and which is considered to be the essence of Renaissance architecture.
